It seems that ultimately the way forward is going back to basics.

Although not an important issue, it is worth mentioning that a lot of people asked me “But why Egypt?”, “Going again in just 6 months?”
Believe me, it does not have the easiest flight connections, there are very complicated airport security checks and obviously not the cleanest or most advanced country to visit… But there is something that is very rare in our times, and that is “Le Joie de Vivre” – the simple joy of being alive.
In such such situations no amount of money will make you feel richer than these people. Their smile for simply greeting a friend, shines brighter than any diamond encrusted Rolex, and sharing a Hibiscus Tea and smoking Shisha in their local cafe is much more satisfying than a funky lounge where you dress to impress, buy an expensive bottle of champagne and most probably top it off with some designer drugs just to feel part of the crowd.
Their priority is family, and their children still play football in the street… No mobile or tablets playing rhetoric (brainwashing) propaganda.
A fulfilling meal costs only 4 Egyptian Pounds – €1!!! Something similar in developed countries costs at least €/$10.00…
…sorry but for who is able to think understands that something is really not making sense, when in the end, the world resources should be shared equally by every living creature, and not exploited by the few!
Feel free to share your thoughts!
