The ancient Egyptians believed that every sunrise is a victory over darkness, and if we think about it it is true, we should be grateful for every moment of life we get.
Having said this, we should cherish the darkness too since it brings opportunity to hold space, think, rest and become stronger.
The magic in embracing duality, the so called balance!
Once you understand this balance, you will start seeing challenges as opportunities, knowing that all is good in the great scheme of life, and there will always be sunrise… again and again!
