Three months on since returning from Egypt, and my life has never been so complicated. But there again, never been so interesting either!
Even though in the past three years I thought that I managed to build quite a strong foundation of who I am, I re-questioned everything again since more than ever I am accepting that the more you relinquish control, the more life becomes easy, and fulfilling.
So this morning, in beautiful Taormina, Sicily, I decided to lie down on the sofa, and just be… “il bello del far niente”, and after some moments, the noises faded, and I started hearing the beautiful sounds of the birds, actually 4 different tunes.
It is incredible how many opportunities we miss out by living in our head, with our never ending to do lists, pseudo responsibilities, and fictional problems.
